Javed Islam, MD
Dr. Islam is a graduate of the King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital/St. Peter’s Hospital, in New Brunswick, NJ. During his time there, he was the Chief Resident in Family Medicine, and was nominated intern of the year.
Dr. Islam is a diplomat of the American Academy of Family Physicians. The ability to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions in a short amount of time has led to his great interest in Urgent Care. He also enjoys working with the diversity of patients encountered in an Urgent Care setting. Dr. Islam's hobbies include cooking, cars, traveling and golf.
