PromptMD is proud to offer affordable, same-day sports and camp physicals from our convenient locations in Hoboken and Jersey City.
School, sports and camp physicals help determine whether it is safe for your child to participate in a specific sport, camp, or activity. Sports physicals are usually required to start a new sport or season, and/or participate in extracurricular activities at school. Similarly, a camp physical is often required to attend camp. These pre-participation physicals are an important medical check-in and ensure that your child can safely join in on planned activities.
Sports and camp physicals include a review of your child’s medical history and a comprehensive physical exam. Our providers will review previous injuries and illnesses, and any medical conditions that run in your family. We check your child’s height, weight, blood pressure, eyes, ears, throat, abdomen, heart and lungs.
